Art Parks are a combination of fine art and activity-based programs when school is out of session, so children can stay creative and busy, without resorting to TV watching, and at the same time-- keep children safe and cared for while parents are at work. Rome Art And Community Center prides itself on the highest quality children's programs, staffed by nurturing and competent, experienced instructors. For the Winter Camp, children will need to bring a snow suit, hat, gloves, boots as well as indoor clothing, as some activities will be outdoor play including snowman building, snow tag, sledding, and more (weather permitting).

Advanced registration is required and space is limited.  One day price for Art parks are $20 for RACC members or $25 for non-members.  For those opting to attend the Art Park Camps-- children may attend one day, several days, or the entire camp.  The week-long rate is just $75 for members or $85 for nonmembers, (or $20/$25/day).  Parents may sign children up for memberships at the time of registration to receive the member discount.  All materials are included in the tuition fee.  Children are required to bring their own non-perishable bagged lunch.  Drinks and snacks are provided by RACC.  To register, call 336-1040, or register online at www.romeart.org/classes.html.  Drop off begins at 8:45am and pick up is promptly at 3pm.
